Seller Pricing Transparency Policy
At Corner Cup, we believe in fairness and transparency. Our wholesale prices reflect our actual acquisition costs (including taxes and shipping) based on standard distributor quantities, typically 12-packs or 24-packs. We do not add hidden markups.
Apples-to-Apples Comparison
If you find the same product at a lower price, we’ll review and match it—but the comparison must be truly “apples-to-apples.” This means:
- The product must be identical in every aspect—same brand, size (e.g., a 12 oz product must be compared to a 12 oz product), and packaging.
- The pricing must apply to the same 12-pack or 24-pack structure.
- The supplier must be legitimate and verifiable.
- The price comparison must be from the same date or pricing period as when we sourced the product.
Consistency & Reasonable Scale
This policy is meant for consistent, sustainable pricing. We cannot match:
- One-off clearances, temporary sales, or inventory dumps.
- Prices from bulk negotiations far beyond our operational scale. We operate on limited, practical stock levels, not massive bulk deals.
If you find a valid match, we want to know who is offering it—we’d rather work with that supplier directly so that you earn more and we grow together.
Market Factors & Final Determination
Prices fluctuate due to supply and demand, shipping costs, economic shifts, or unforeseen events (fuel increases, tariffs, seasonal demand, etc.). Due to these variables, comparisons must reflect the same timeframe.
All price match requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to make the final determination on eligibility and pricing adjustments.
